A. Lough Rynn Castle Estate & Gardens gift vouchers can be bought directly here on our website. We also have Gift Vouchers available to purchase at Reception at Lough Rynn Castle.
Q. How do hotel gift vouchers work?
A. Gift vouchers at Lough Rynn Castle are sent out as online PDF with personalised details and dedication from the sender to the receiver.
Q. Do I have to use a gift voucher within a certain amount of time?
A. Our gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Q. What can the hotel vouchers be used for?
A. Lough Rynn Castle monetary vouchers can be redeemed against any accommodation or food services in the hotel to the value of the voucher.
Q. Can I use a hotel gift voucher for any room type?
A. Yes – however different room categories have different rates, so you can use a monetary voucher towards a room, or if there is an amount left over you can use this towards other areas in the hotel – such as dining or drinks during your stay.
Q. Can I transfer a hotel gift voucher to someone else?
A. Yes of course, gift vouchers are a gift! Simply provide the voucher number to our reservation team when make a booking.
Q. Can I combine a hotel gift voucher with other promotions or discounts?
A. Unfortunately not, you cannot do this.
Q. What if I want to cancel my Gift Voucher or return it?
A. Gift vouchers once purchased, cannot be cancelled or returned.
