"The Dock" - Art, Music and Drama

Overlooking the majestic river Shannon, The Dock is housed in the beautiful 19th Century former Carrick on Shannon Courthouse building, which has been wonderfully restored into Leitrim's first integrated centre for the arts.

The Dock houses a 100+ seated performance space, three art galleries, artist's studios, an arts education room and it is home to the Leitrim Design House. The centre will offer something for everyone, from performances and exhibitions, to classes and workshops. It is a place where art is made, where bands might rehearse, where people can come to reflect or meet others. A place for new and challenging projects to happen, where exciting things happen and a place of entertainment –Where people have fun!

Opening Times & General information

• 10am – 6pm Mon – Sa
• Reservations will be held at the box office until 5.30pm at the latest on the day before the show. If tickets are not paid for by this time The Dock reserves the right to release reservations to a waiting list.
• All shows start at 8.30pm unless otherwise stated.
• Customers are requested to pick up their tickets at the box office before 8.15pm. Latecomers cannot be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, which in some cases may be the interval.
• Customers with special requirement such as wheelchair users are requested to inform the box office at time of booking so they can be accommodated.
• Gift vouchers are available through the box office and may be exchanged for tickets to any performance in the theatre at the Dock.
• The theatre bar is open with a full bar service from 8pm on the evening of performances. The café bar is open with a selection of specialty coffees, teas and cakes from 10.30am Mon-Sat.
